  • Offered Designation: Assistant General Manager Sales
  • Offered Salary: Rs.45,000/- per month
  • Commission: Rs. 1,00,000 per each sale when you have a group of Sales Ambassadors(Agents). If it is a direct sale then Rs. 50,000 per sale.
  • Company Mandatory Clause: 1 plot sale is must per month
  • Min experience – 10+ years in any sales.
  • Qualifications: Any Graduate

AGM Sales Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team
  • Work on sales scripts with agents
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Plan and direct sales team training.
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices


  • Proven working experience as a sales person in a Real Estate Company or Experience in any industry as Sales Executive or Manager or a Marketing manager.
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • MS Office familiarity
